Very large, in fact HUGE is the only way to describe this old British heavy copper/brass trim Big Ship's Masthead lantern.
Made by Meteorite in the UK in the 1930s, this old lantern is in excellent condition with a perfect lens.
The original oil light is included with the lantern but now new wiring and an LED bulb provides the light source.
Lantern is 27 inches tall when the hanging handle is in the upward position. Handle down and the lantern is
23 inches tall, 12 inches deep and 14 1/2 inches wide.
In our many years finding, buying and selling old British lanterns, we've never had one in this perfect condition.
