Big, beefy and beautiful! This is truly a collector's dream pair of 1899 Wm. Harvie Ltd., Glasgow big ship "Side Lights" lanterns. Heavy Scottish copper, hand made into a monumental set of lanterns with thick lenses and brass carrying handles. There are a couple of very small "bites" on the lenses.
The old lanterns have been recently electrified with new wiring and sockets using LED bulbs. The lanterns are 21 1/2 inches high with the carrying handle down, 23 3/4 inches high with the handle up. The flat sides are 9 inches by 10 inches and measuring across the lens runs 13 inches.
Shipping cost of $250 to the lower 48 U.S. states is included in the price.
