This is a black painted Triplex anchor lantern. The galvanized metal shows the age with the black paint over it, the brass details are not polished.
Lantern is 13 1/2 inches tall including the top hoop, 5 1/2 inches across the bottom in diameter.
Lantern lens is in great shape, the paint shows some ware. It is empty inside with 360 degree clear glass lens. The brass top has a small hole in the top where someone has put it for possible venting or electrification.
